    so peacefull and quite far from the road so no traffic noise, plenty of birds and a few kangaroos plenty of open green fields to walk around on, a tennis court with also a basketball hoop to throw a few balls, a one hole golf course and a walking track by the river, a swimming pool and a play ground for children ?

    We had a great relaxing time with the option of either playing tennis/basketball/golf/swimming pool or just going for a stroll down to the river and this was on the property. Then owners were friendly and easy to chat with. We loved it
