Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, even housekeeping in the hallways gave a cheery good morning as we passed. Breakfast was standard offerings for Holiday Inn Express, and again staff were so attentive. Overall the room was as expected for this chain, clean, adequate, and comfortable.
