We had two rooms and both rooms smelled terrible. The shower flooded the bath room floor and I told the staff. Who proceeded to hand me a stack of towels so I could clean it up. But no offer to switch us rooms or to clean it up for us since it was not caused by us but caused by the showerhead, spraying water all over the place.

My check-in receptionist, Dabriella, was gracious, patient, and knowledgeable. When I asked questions, she answered with a warm inviting smile, that put me at ease. This was our first visit in New Orleans and when we come again, the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome--IHG Hotel is our choice . Dabriella is an essential and valuable asset that represents your establishment.
The staff was superb! Tonya, Robin, Brianna, Charmaine, Laura and Tiffany were the friendliest and most helpful Holiday Inn employees I have ever encountered.
On the edge of the French Quarter.
Parking is convenient and probably cheaper than most at $35 per night…(but still expensive.) Breakfast was standard Holiday inn express fare.
IGH holiday inn express's services including room, breakfast and locations are wonderful and perfect! The best thing above all is the location is very close to public transportation around 7 min walk to bus stop (Julia and O'Keefe for W2 or W3) to down town new Orleans, where ( main library) E2 bus to the airport for $ 2 only! All the bus drivers i met are so nice , friendly and very helpful!
We did not stay there, booking.com booked this room, and I was trying to book a different one, and they and this hotel would not let me get out of it. The town is dirtier than when I was there years ago, felt unsafe, had to park a block away (which was unaware of). Am not happy with booking.com, IHG, and New Orleans.
The location is great, right at the edge of the French Quarter and next to the Jazz Museum. The suite was comfortable for 5 people. It was nice to have a little kitchen. We liked the uniqueness of the hotel; it's not just another Holiday Inn. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
