Everything! The price was good. The location was right off the beltway. It seemed to be located in a good place. I had my 11 year old with me. I felt safe even going out after midnight to have a cigarette. The staff were so nice. Our room was extremely clean, and the pool was warm and clean! I would recommend anyone stay here, and if up that way again it's where I'll stay.

This hotel is transitioning from a (fairly run down) Hampton Inn to a Holiday Inn, the staff told us. Some important upgrades have already happened: the bed was *exceptionally* comfortable, shower head is a new one, desk area and its lighting very nice. Looked like a new fridge.

The Hotel was super clean. Recently stayed at another Hotel in the area that had excellent reviews that was almost awful and gross. Terrible odor in the hall and room. (Holiday Inn Greentree) This was not that at all. This hotel strangely had slightly lower scores than that one, and the Hyatt was facilities were excellent.

They offered me a late checkout of noon since I am an IHG member, even though I didn’t use my points to book & went through Booking.com. I also loved the double blinds with the super light-blocking quality!

Our rez was not kept. Overbooked was the excuse. Forced us to Marriott and was to be free of charge. But credit card was charged anyhow. 709.00 I am owed by Holiday Inn

Hotel was ok. Not as nice as the other Holiday inns I’ve been to. Beds were smaller, our toilet didn’t work when we first got there. Definitely an older hotel.
