The staff is incredibly wonderful, responsive and lovely, I also got a free upgrade to an apartment (booked a room)! The bed was so comfortable, has AC, a kitchen with appliances, couch, separate bedroom, very clean and a balcony! I enjoyed the rooftop pool as well, and having an elevator if you have heavy luggage is so helpful. Thank you for everything :)

Whereas they charged me extra 1.500/- for late checkout 2.30pm I informed them earlier I’ll be checking out at 2.30pm for train schedule but they remained tight lipped until I arrived the location.
