It was a very close walk to the train station, maybe five minutes, which was extremely helpful for me. Gianluca, the host, was welcoming and very helpful. It was easy to walk from the lodging to the Centro Historico, And I easily rode trains too many other places from there. The lodging was very clean, breakfast of tea or coffee, and various pastries was offered. There was a small kitchen, and a refrigerator for our use. This was the nicest place. I’ve stayed in Italy so far.

A very nice appartment in the center, very close to shops, restaurants,etc. Very clean even in the details (first time saw in a hotel the curtains smelling fragrancy). But the most important was the owner. This man is the kindest I have ever met! Before reaching Taranto, had sent me information where to walk, to eat and shop! And when we reavhed there he had kept a parking space for us with his car and waited to help us with our luggage. Man, you are special, thanks for everything!!!!!

Room is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, no matter how long you plan on staying. The shared spaces (kitchen and balcony) are also clean and fully stocked (kitchenwear, induction cooker, fridge, coffee pods, crossaints for breakfast). My personal highlight was the balcony where you can enjoy the sunset above the roofs of all the other buildings around. Also reachable without a car; only 15 minutes from the train station where you can get to/from Brindisi for less than 2€.

We loved the location, close to great restaurants and a 2 minute walk into the old town. Our hosts were really friendly, helpful and gave us some excellent suggestions for local food to try nearby. The private rooftop terrace was a massive bonus, having extra space above the huge bedroom to rest in during the hot days of summer. A bonus clothesline upstairs had our handwashed clothing dried in a matter of hours!
