Attractively situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, Villa’s Homestay features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. My sister and I stayed for a few nights and we appreciated the relaxed and warm vibe of the space but most of all the kindness of the hosts. We both had a food poisoning during our stay from eating out in one of the restaurants in the city and the hosts provided us with medication, extra water and biscuits, which was life saving. When we left we forgot to bing one of our bags and the hosts arranged a transport of our belongings from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. We're very grateful for the help and kindness we have received while staying there. It was also very convenient as we were able to book some tours around the Chiang Mai area directly with them. We recommend the space if you're looking for a quiet and atmospheric space in the old town, close to the street market, with kind hosts who know nice places and things to do around.

The host and all the Family members are just awesome. They are Lovely, humble and definitely very Helpful. 2. You can get a scooty right at the homestay. Also there are many rental shops just opposite to it. So no worries. 3. There is a open space outside in the campus where you can drink tea or coffee anytime and every time. Also you get a Induction heater and Pan where you can prepare your morning breakfast. 4. The rooms are clean and cozy. And the price of the stay is definitely worthy. 5. Just 50 metres away you can get the Linda Laundry. 6. Finally a worthy and Budget Friendly Homestay. I Highly recommend.

Great location in old city, minutes to Wat Phra Singh and restaurants. New, clean, well presented rooms wuth large double bed and great rooftop pool with views over the city. This was an amazing accommodation and I enjoyed it so much. Clean, very comfortable beds, quiet and relaxing, many very beautiful spots to relax on the place and the woman who hosting was very cute and helpful to everything.

Situated in Chiang Mai, 1.6 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, Krong House offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a bar. Clean, comfortable and runned by super friendly people :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the center, but for me it wasn’t a disadvantage, because the area was more peaceful than locations near the center.

Aimee is an amazing hostess, you can hear her singing cheerfully everyday, as she sweeps the floor to keep it top-notch clean. You may get fresh berries from the garden, tea and biscuits. You can watch birds in the garden. The place is super clean. It is close to the bus station.

It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.

Offering city views, Boonnark Bed Night Bazaar no car parking is set in the Chang Khlan district of Chiang Mai, 300 metres from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 1.1 km from Tha Pae Gate. Amazing! Very nice hotel! We have been sleeping there 3 times in different occasions during our stay in the North. They let us store our backpack there during the trip, and communication was great, we have been booking the extra nights that we need speaking directly with the owner.. thanks for everything! Very friendly, very welcoming! On the top of the building there is a nice roof where you can hang out! Position is great as it is in the middle of the night bazaar but honestly we had zero problem sleeping! Veeeeery recommended!
