For how many people stay here, I cannot believe how exceptionally clean it was!! Especially the bathrooms! And the free dinner that was included was sooo tasty! The staff was great, the beds and pillows were comfy, free towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash was all provided (in most of the showers). The drawers below the bed are as long as the bed so there’s so much storage to use.

Having supper all together made it easy to mingle. Very clean. The rules for sleeping hours enforced, which made it the best nights I had in a while since travelling. No card required for entry, no hassle. Very convenient (provided soap, sunscreen, detergent for washing machine).

it was very clean, bed was super comfortable and they had pool which was great. You can sit around and chat with other people also they have gaming room, how great it is. What I like most is breakfast, you have 2 option either 2 egg toast or pancakes. I got pancakes and love it.

Everything, location, value for money, service, Manager that helped with our injury absolutely amazing sorry cant remember hi name. Tall man super super friendly caring and professional, there was another manager man or maintenance man Perry who was very friendly caring and helpful... Ladies at reception customer services was beautiful... They tone of their voice and patients, was top notch... have been here 5 times with my children and every time has been absolutely amazing. Night managers opening up the boom gate everytime we had to do drop offs excellent. keep up the amazing work and yes we want to book here again for the summer classic.

Location is excellent. Short walk to the beach in Surfer's, all bars, restaurants, shops etc. We stayed in a double room with ensuite - room was spacious & clean, bathroom was clean, no complaints. Staff at check-in were super friendly.

I don’t understand that this hotel is rated low. It’s very comfortable, clean and spacious. There is a large outside balcony and again it’s one of the cleanest hotels/ hostels that i have ever seen!

This so close to the airport, great location. Plus I arrived late and the staff were so helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my bags, as I had hurt my leg. Also to help me secure a lower bunk (which I asked for earlier when I booked) as I couldn't climb to the top bunk. So he asked politely to get one of the girls to change with me. Such a great help and a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much. Judith
