Bayas Beach is 1.7 km from COCOS SURFHOUSE. The nearest airport is Asturias, 4 km from the hostel, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

I stayed here for a few days to relax after walking the Camino de Santiago and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The hostel itself is beautifully decorated and comfy, with lots of nice spaces to relax. It's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about 10 minutes walking from the beach (you can borrow a bike if you want). I didn't take any surf lessons, but was able to get a ride with the others to a beach nearby. There are also a few nice hikes available in the area, that take you from beach to beach. Finally, the food was great! Breakfast was better than any hostel I have stayed in, and I loved the homecooked dinners. Bea made me feel very welcome, and I will definitely come back to this place!

The apartment is in a great location on the estuary of the Nalón river, with views over a small park and the river. The village is immaculately clean and historically interesting and there are restaurants and small supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The caretaker who handed over the keys to us was really helpful and welcoming.

The owners are extremely nice. There is a somewhat limited restaurant on the property, however, everything I saw prepared looked excellent. If they don’t have what you need, there’s a restaurant 10 minutes up the street and several cafes 10 minutes beyond that. Personally, I was satisfied with their food offerings. Very well thought out facility with several accommodation choices. I stayed in a single room with the most comfortable bed on the Camino and perhaps, all of Spain. This was my favorite hostel or hotel on the Camino.
