It's all brand new, the location is good - quit and nice neighbourhood, the doors are with code so you wont have to carry a key, and the check-in and check-out is very easy. A great place to stay in Nice - not only was the apartment clean, fully furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need during your permanence (dishwasher, kettle, iron, kitchen utensils), but also the owner is very communicative and available. The check-in and out is simple, and all the instructions are provided clearly. I definitely recommend this one.
