We had to book last moment and arrive late at night due to transportation issues and the staff waited for us overtime and arranged a private room right away. They were so helpful and understanding of the whole situation, we could not have dreamed of a better outcome. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided all the basic necessities. And the great view to the city and the river was a nice extra.
