IntiLuna Hostel, que tiene bar, está en la región de Quindío, Salento, a 46 km de Ukumari Zoo y a 35 km de Jardín Botánico de Pereira. We like how cute the place and it speak its character. The location is just few mins away from the main square and the bus station. The host/reception is very helpful and kind same with the other staff. Really love our stay here and we wanted to extend our stay but they were already fully booked.

We booked here for an overnight stay to get from Salento to Bogota (as many people do here) and it was the perfect decision. When you arrive in Armenia bus terminal just take a Taxi which should costs 5K Pesos and brings you there in 5 minutes. If they haven’t changed it yet, the pin on google maps points to the wrong house on the other side of the street, but for the taxi drop-off that doesn‘t matter much. You are welcomed by a super friendly elderly couple, José and Estrella. Simple, cosy and quiet rooms with one shared bathroom on the same floor – everything very clean. They serve you a very decent colombian breakfast on the veranda in front of a beautiful garden, sometimes even a bird-watching spectacle included ;-) It was definitely one of the most lovely experiences with hosts in our 3-month Colombia journey. To get back to the bus terminal on the next morning, Estrella just called a taxi for us. It arrived 5 minutes after. Everything super easy and enjoyable.

Amazing hostel on a beautiful property with lots to do. Yessica and Gilberth were great hosts. Highly recommend the hostel to backpackers. There is a small store at the hostel with affordable groceries like pasta and vegetables.

Pat was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We also got cake for my birthday. We would reccomend everyone to stay here. It is very easy to catch the bus to Salento in front of the hostel, just wave to the driver and they will stop for you. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty! If you want to chill here; there are very nice hammocks available. 10/10 points for this place and the service!
