The beach is less known so we were sharing it only with the people sleeping at the hotel, and it was marvelous ! Staff was really nice and helpful, facilities were clean, and confortable, given that we are in a natural park, they even had good wifi with starlink for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (which were really nice) ! Would love to come back to spend more time here, and I would definitely recommend, this is the best place we've stayed at within the tayrona park !

We had access to free drinking water, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the beds were really comfy. The restaurant around the corner was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful, it’s super clean, new and very very cosy. The common area is amazing, with hammocks and the nice garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook. And the lady Ruth at the reception was really lovely with me during my stay. Even if you have to walk 10 min from the main road, it worth is as the place is really quiet at night and you don’t hear the noise from the road. Unfortunately I could stayed only one night but I would have loved to stay longer.

Posada Ecoturistica Palmares Del Rio ligger i Guachaca, 41 km fra Santa Marta og 38 km fra Taganga. Der er bar på stedet. Der er gratis privat parkering på stedet. The family was very hospitable and the food was good. The river was beautiful and so was a nearby hike to a waterfall.

EVERYTHING You should really really go there we will be back 100% ! The staff is amazing. The rooms are fabulous! really. there is a community as well in the same location you can meet many people and even volunteer and they sell many local things there. Like locally made cacao, muchilas, nacklesses etc. So you can support the local community. We got to go on a 2 day hike and tour of the local mayan community in the mountains it was incredible! And we did a cacoa tour in a local cooperative and got to roast the cacao and pill it and be part of the whole process. In a walking distance there are many things you can do and many small communities and businesses that you should really checkout as well. Also, the beach is a short bus ride away. and Tayrona park as well. We stayed for two weeks. it was EPIC!

Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel ligger i El Zaino og har udendørs swimmingpool, have, terrasse og bar. Yael and Paul were the most amazing hosts, super welcoming and open. The place they built is like no other, a handful of cabins in the jungle with amazing views, exotic flora and fauna around and everything you could wish for when looking for a special place. It almost feels like sleeping outside as the cabins are half open and the mosquito nets protect perfectly from the jungle insects. A highlight is also the outside shower, much needed after a humid day in Tayrona Park for example. Recommend 100% and will be back for sure!

The facilities were amazing and very comfortable, you can see wildlife right inside of the hostel and they have resort attention.
