Staff were superb - always helpful, cheerful and went above and beyond when I had a query. Bed was blissfully comfy and room delightful. The bar/lounge areas are really nice - particularly for a single female traveller; it felt safe and friendly, the decor was interesting and furniture comfortable. Food excellent. Great location.

Alot bigger hotel than we thought. Great location. 4 minutes walk to the Cathedral and very central. 5 minutes walk to the Quay Great staff, super friendly. Great and and beer garden Really easy to check in and out on line. Car park is great aswell and cheap for guests ( only £5 per day )

Very warmly staffed. Shower was good, always a win. Friendly open communal areas that worked well. Perfectly located for hubby who was diving. Felt safe for our teenage boys growing independence.10pm noise curfew was followed by all, much appreciated . It Reminded hubby and I of a place we stayed in Australia, one world backpackersin Perth. Exactly what we had expected.

Great location, close to shops and easy walk into the town and the sea front. The house was a good size, bedrooms were big and perfect for two families and three children, though you could squeeze more in if needed as there was also a pull out bed and single bed in with bunk beds. Open plan living and dining room offer great social space.
