Loved the simple open plan layout - very modern and stylish! The bath is incredible.. Great location - close to ringwood and the new forest. Plenty of room in the courtyard to store bicycles. Prompt reply from host ref key code for keys. Felt very secure & safe! Clean & Tidy

Great location and very nice cottage. It felt safe and secure and easy to settle in. Off street parking, safe for the dog, good facilities. Owners were responsive and friendly when we briefly met them. Perfect for a few days away from the city

Very clean. Despite its location, the provision of earplugs & the offer of a white noise machine, it was very quiet. Cheaper than the ‘budget’ hotel next door- and so much more space

This is a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. We were only staying for 1 night and were happy with the budget facilities. The bar prices were good. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely.

It is what it is. Our room had a smell of old smoke but we knew that was coming from the other reviews. It’s clean and super cheap, safe, people are friendly and right next to the motorway. Also electric chargers right next to the hotel.
