Stayed here for around 2 weeks in May and I cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed first in a private, then in the dorms. Both were great. Dorms had curtains and bed lights which was very private. It's not a big hostel so it wasn't really too busy but we still got to meet a handful of travellers who were usually staying there for a couple of days at a time. The kitchen was really well equipped with lots of seating area, like tables and sofas. Drying space on roof with a nice view of surrounding buildings. The staff were friendly and super helpful even though we couldn't speak Japanese. Overall, a very stylist hostel

My host made the stay amazing - he was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and he spoke great English so we were able to get to know each other over tea. I would stay here again.

Great experience for a special room setup and special Japanese breakfast which is really delicious. Quiet place with easy access to nearby walking covered shopping, restaurant street. Will certainly be visiting this place again in my near future and special thanks to the host who had giving us lots of guidance on the local attraction!
