The property is very nice and clean, location is easy to find as well. Offers free breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea. All staffs were so approachable and helpful, specially the owner. I forgot a very important item in the hostel and she never hesitated to contact me and sent the same to the country I was at the moment.

Everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the bed is very comfortable.

One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at, but most importantly, the staff is super friendly and will help you any way they can. Super secure hostel with a locked front door (you need the pass to open the door) as well as camera's. If you check in early, you can leave your bag in a locker in the entrance. The rooms also have spacious lockers. The beds are very comfy, you have your own bed light and plug as well as a small tablet to put stuff on. Spacious shared bedrooms. The bathrooms are clean and functional, shampoo, body wash, cottons to clean your face, ear swabs and hair elastics (!) are provided. There is also a hairdryer should you need that. Location is great in the Nimman area with loads of restaurants and little shops around. I would stay here again!

@Home Hostel Wua Lai ligger i Chiang Mai, 500 m fra Chiang Mai-porten. Der er concierge-service, ikkerygerværelser, have, gratis wi-fi overalt og fælles opholdsstue. Vi følte os hjemme, værterne var meget hjælpsomme, søde og gode til engelsk. Beliggenheden var god, lørdagsmarked på gaden foran hostel. Rengøringen var fantastisk. Vi boede på alene værelse, som var stort og rummeligt. Deletoilet var intet problem, da man kun var 2-3 værelser om 2 toiletter/bad. Bedste ophold under vores rejse i Thailand.
