Mini Voyage Hostel is a 2-minute walk from Hualien Railway Station. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Went there during the 0403 earthquake, can say the internal structure was safe and can withstand the quake and shocks, as it only 4 floor high.

Curtains for the lower beds. Cozy atmosphere. Few types of tea available for the guests for free of charge. IKEA sharks as parts of decoration (joking but it was cute). Comfy armchairs in the common area. In general it was the best hostel during our 2 weeks trip around the island. Very good value for money.
