Good day dear guests! My name is Anna and I am working in Apricus Holiday Homes company (DTCM licensed) from 2015. We are taking care of 125 apartments in Dubai, most  of them are listed on Airbnb. My team is punctual and responsible, they are helping me with the check-ins/outs, guest registrations in Dubai Tourism Department. We pay a lot of attention to the condition and cleaning of the apartments, as our goal is to provide the comfortable stay to every guest, and we expect  the same from the guests. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Guests should respect comnunity rules and neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. I am very thankful for those 2000+  great reviews I received from the guests, it is a great motivation to keep the score. Address JBR is located in 2-3 min by walk from Dubai Tram Station. Dubai tram will take you to the Metro Station (5-6 min). Metro station is located on another side of Dubai marina Canal. You can reach it by walking (about 15-20min). There are water bus stations on Dubai Marina Canal. It is also a public transport, with it's own schedule. Water Bus is a cheap way to explore Dubai Marina Canal and to get fast on another side. There are 4 stops throughout the canal. Metro will take you to any place in Dubai. Downtown Dubai (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, Dubai Mall) are in 20-25 min by metro. Dubai Taxi is cheap and safe. Taxi from the airport to JBR will cost around 30-35 US Dollars. Enjoy the 1.7 km beachfront setting, hotels, restaurants & coffee shops, malls and more, all with easy access to the main highways of Dubai. It is 35 km away from Dubai International Airport, 10 minutes to Marina Walk, 10 minutes to the new tram and 15 minutes to Metro Station.
