Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Right outside the building doorsteps are restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, a popular night club and the metro (Subte) station is only a couple blocks away. The apartment was very clean, modern and provided many amenities. What made my stay even more enjoyable was Federico and Ingrid. Federico made the check in process very easy and Ingrid was always available for questions I had. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!

The host is really friendly and helpful, it was incredibly easy to check in and check out. I received all the information a day before the check in, and beside that I messaged the host a few times for some tips, which he gladly shared and was very responsive. The place is neat and clean, perfect for 1-2 people. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It also felt like a safe neighborhood and as a woman I felt safe staying in the apartment and walking alone in the area later in the evening.

This wonderful apartment is exceedingly well situated in Palermo, and is clean, comfortable and very well presented. The host was ready to help in any circumstance and was concerned our arrival and stay went smoothly.

The studio is very well located in one of the most popular areas of Palermo with lots of cute cafés and excellent restaurants nearby. Having said that, the street doesn’t host any bars / clubs (as do many others in Palermo), so you won’t have to trade quality of sleep for a good location. The apartment has everything to stay there even for a longer period of time - you have a fridge, freezer, cooking facility and tools and (my favorite) a microwave. And the best of it all is the host who is not only very responsive, but was actually the most helpful host that I have encountered on my 4-weeks trip - even helped me order a new suitcase on mercadolibre (the “Argentinian Amazon”) as mine broke! What is more, check-out time is very flexible (as is check-in time), so as there was no one arriving after my stay I could enjoy a late checkout without the hassle of having to store my luggage somewhere in between. 5 Stars hands down - would stay there again next time I visit :)

Great location, very attentive host and a self check in with a lock box to make it easy. Walking distance to loads of great bars, the metro and restaurants including the delicious Vietnamese around the corner. The host also speaks very good english. We would definitely stay again.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Se encuentra en una zona llena de bares y confiterías, ideal para el día y la noche. Muy cerquita del subte y del tren. Realmente volvería.
