The cozy apartment offers 2 double rooms + double sofa bed to meet the needs of families, groups and couples. It offers all the amenities that guarantee a comfortable stay, including a stately eat-in kitchen and a private bathroom. Just above Lake Ossiach, enjoy the magnificent view over the lake and of Landskron Castle. The cable car to the Gerlitzen is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the neighboring ski area on the Gerlitzen offers the best opportunities for skiers, snowboarders, sledders and winter hikers. A 10-minute walk from the apartment is the valley station of the Kanzelbahn cable car, which transports winter sports enthusiasts quickly up to the Gerlitzen (1,911 m). The ski area is considered to have guaranteed snow and always has perfectly groomed pistes. Winter sports equipment can be hired at the valley station and ski and snowboard courses can be booked. Other possible winter activities: skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Italy or Slovenia; sleigh riding and ice skating.
