43 Pacific drive is a beautiful modern 3 bedroom home. There are 2 living areas, one spacious area upstairs, featuring a 65" flat screen television and comfortable chairs.. lounge and 2 bean bags. There is a small outside area on the upstairs balcony. Down stairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom and the master bedroom with ensuite. A modern kitchen, and dining area, with leather couches and a flat screen television .. this area opens out to the pool outside and outdoor dining area. Outside is a large swimming pool. It is a deep pool, not suitable for small children . Surrounded by beautiful gardens, and comfortable outdoor furniture and dining table. It is a safe area, with pool gates and appropriate fencing. The house is 10 minutes walk from the torquay beach. There is a bus stop close by .. the bus goes into Torquay .. The house is a 30 minute walk into Torquay town centre.
Welcome to 43 Pacific Drive. I love the privacy of my swimming pool .. perfect to relax around.. and great to swim on hot days.. I also love being close to the beautiful Whites beach .. A long beautiful beach, safe for swimming, and so lovely to walk along .. Also I love the proximity to Torquay town, with its cafes, restaurants and great shopping An excellent location for a base to explore the Bellarine Peninsular and Great ocean Road.
Torquay is a great place to visit.. It has a great foreshore, Excellent for swimming, walking and surfing .. a short drive to Bells Beach, and a great base to drive around the great ocean road area. There is a 44 km walk from Point Impossible to Fairhaven .. with beautiful views and some great walking.. The surfing museum in Torquay is excellent, and there is a great range of surf shops. Every week at the Shire office is a farmers market .. 8.30 am - 1 pm .. Lovely for grabbing some homemade goodies for the pantry .. and there are great cafes all along the foreshore.. 'the pond' is a favourite, on the corner of Gilbert st and the esplanade, 'Growlers', 'Moby', 'Front Beach' and Bomballas' on the esplanade..just to name a few .. and if fine dining is your thing .. 'Igni' in Geelong, has just been voted No 2 in delicious best Vic restaurants.. and then Birregurra is a true foodie destination .. boasting great cafes and 'Brae' number 5 in the best Vic restaurants.. I also love 'Captain Moonlite' at the Angelsea surf life saving club.. great food and a sensational view.. and of course, the chocolaterie & ice creamery on the great ocean road in Bellbrae ..Yum!
