Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
