Walking distance to local park with kids playground * The master-chef in you will be delighted by the superb kitchen * Swim in the large in-ground pool, enjoy the company of family and friends around the large outdoor entertaining areas * Central Air-con and ceiling fans throughout * En-suite with bath * Family bathroom with separate toilet * BBQ * Two bedrooms downstairs with one queen size bed each. The spacious main bedroom located upstairs, has superb waterfront and hinterland views, dream en-suite and a generous sized walk in robe as well as a very large balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs both with one double and one single bed. * Can host 12 people * The kitchen is fully equipped * Large deck overlooking the wide water * Double lock up garage and double carport * Large pontoon * The fully fenced front grassland, suitable for families with young kids to play
* Neighbouring Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove and Oyster Cove, all with local shops, restaurants and recreational facilities. * Easy access to the M1 Brisbane 45 mins, the Gold Coast Beaches just 20 mins. * Less than 10 minutes to all the major theme parks. Like Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild, Paradise Country, Australian Outback Spectacular... * More than 10 golf courses around the house, including the brand new indoor luxury Topgolf. * Residents on the street are very nice and friendly, they always watch out and lower down the driving speed when kids are playing on the street * There is a kids playground with the slides and swings just nearby. * Lots of fishes and crabs at the back of the house
