In a unique blend of eclectic elegance, this gracefully restored Californian Bungalow home is a fine example of traditional inter-war architecture and features a well appointed interior – complete with multiple living spaces and large bedrooms. Conveniently located within a short stroll to Coffs Central Shopping Mall, Moonee Street and Harbour Drive dining precincts, Margaret House is the perfect base to explore the area. Enjoy a luxurious stay in one of Coffs Harbour's original residences.
I am a creative, friendly, fun-loving Australian guy. I value good relationships, love meeting interesting people and enjoy learning new things. My hobbies include travel, surfing, tarot, interior design, writing, gardening, eating-out and spending time with friends. I have lots of great travel stories and enjoy the company of others. This beautiful 3 bedroom home is shared with a beautiful Russian Blue cat, Tsarina. Should you wish for some peace and quiet, there are multiple living areas to enjoy and unwind in. Whenever possible, guests are greeted and shown through the property upon arrival.
Take a short walk around the corner to Moonee Street for a bite to eat or across to Coffs Central for fine dining, coffee, fabulous shopping and fresh local produce. Local brewery King Tide is also within walking distance – a place to enjoy fresh, quality beer and savour local produce ... or just put your feet up and relaxing in the landscaped gardens of Margaret House – a boutique sanctuary within Coffs Harbour's CBD. Margaret House is also within easy reach of C.ex Coffs International Stadium and many Coffs Coast attractions such as Whale Watching Experience, The Big Banana, Treetops Adventure, Wajaana Yaam Adventure Tours, Woopi Brewing Co, Bonville Golf Course, Solitary Island Tours with Precision Helicopters, Dolphin Marine Conservation, the historic Jetty Theatre, and much much more!
