Enjoy quality group time over memorable meals around the dining table. Eight chic buttoned chairs compliment a wooden oval table, with additional seating up at the breakfast bar. A functional kitchen with contemporary appliances makes cooking a breeze. The sprawling backyard is ideal for exercise, playtime on the trampoline or a run around with your pet. In the summer warmth, dining on the deck is a delight at the outdoor six-seater table and umbrella. When it’s time to rest, there are five tranquil bedrooms to retreat to with serene outlooks, block-out blinds, clothing storage and breezy ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has the convenience and privacy of an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Four bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds while the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed. Remote workers are best suited to the second bedroom with its stylish study nook. The main bathroom features a sweeping mirror, broad vanity and both bath and shower. There is driveway parking for up to four vehicles available.

Mount Eliza is a picturesque suburb located on the iconic Mornington Peninsula where you will find stretches of stunning coastlines and magnificent nature, all whilst being an hour away from Melbourne CBD. Drive just four minutes to Ranelagh Beach, where you can stroll the sandy shores and admire the famous beach boxes in their vivid colours. Mount Eliza Regional Park is a quick 10-minute drive away and is the perfect location to enjoy a picnic, play equipment, and walking trails are dog friendly. For great views of the area, drive 20 minutes and take a spectacular gondola ride up Arthurs Seat where you will find walking tracks, a maze garden and ropes course in the national park. Enjoy an easy six-minute walk to local conveniences such as coffee at Sandbar Cafe or groceries at the IGA.
