We always call it 'an apartment' because the house is quite little, but in fact we rent the entire house except the ground floor. The ground floor is a little shop (with a separate entrance) which is empty for the moment. We have some plans with the ground level space in the future.

I'm an open minded, very busy entrepreneur who likes to make things convenient for other people. I'm curious about other cultures, I love to travel to Thailand. The property is located between two green lungs of the city. One site we have the Small Beguinage, O.L.V. ter Hoyen dates back to 1235 and is one of the best preserved from before the French Revolution. Listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It has a lot of green and can be visited. The opposite there is the King Albertpark. In the 1930s, a park in neo-baroque style was laid out here on the site of the former Zuidstation. For those entering the city from the motorway, this multi-dimensional park is a pleasant introduction. Facilities: play area for 0 – 12 year olds, skating zone and park.
