The apartment combines a contemporary interior with modern, brand new furniture (in 2012) and renewed in 2015, giving you the comfort of home with the luxury you would expect from a five star hotel in which you would wish to live in! The apartment is 63m2 and has a hall, a kitchenette, and living room corner – retractable sofa 145cm/210cm, a dining set, a bedroom with 165cm/210cm bed, a bathroom and toilet with separate shower space, a terrace with garden table and chairs and it is designed for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay from world top brands: EL. APPLIANCES: oven, induction hot plates, microwave oven with grill, ventilation hood, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, BBQ and grill, mixer, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing and dryer machines, handheld cordless vacuum cleaner, etc. - all by AEG-Electrolux and Philips; PERSONAL CARE: hair dryer, iron, ironing board - all by Philips professional and Braun; ENTERTAINMENT: multilingual digital TV – 160 digital channels and 20 HD channels, 2TV sets - 42’’LCD и 26’’LED Internet TV; Hi Fi Home Theater DVD, Blu-Ray players, etc.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: 300m from metro station; 300m from bus stop; 70-150m from tram and trolley stop.
