The apartment is close by the Parque Barigui, grocery store and some cafes. You even can see capybaras from the windows. Location 10/10 for sure. There is no air-conditioner, but it is not needed - the apartment is very airy and comfy even during heat wave and +36. I would say it is a good choice for 2 people who works remotely.
