Exceptional old Hamburg home in a great neighbourhood. It is close to everything and has everything needed inside the apartment including a fully stocked kitchen. Karl was a wonderful host and very thoughtful.

Before moving in, all tenants need to fill out personal and passport information related to taxation. Additionally, you need to print it out and provide it to the landlord. The first floor plumbing motor was broken on the first day we arrived, so we had to stay on the top floor. Overall, the top floor is not bad, although it is smaller than the first floor, but the lighting is much better than the first floor. Overall, it is also very clean. We originally booked for four people to stay, but the other two came a few days later. When they came, the first floor had been repaired. The landlord let them live on the first floor, except for the kitchen. The landlady keeps the rooms very clean. They include drinks and coffee in the refrigerator for no charge.

Karl was an excellent host, very friendly and gave us good tips on the city. You can tell that he really cares for his guests The apartment was very comfortable and located in a very nice neighborhood. Metro was few minutes walking from the house, within 15 mins you could reach all the places of interest

Karl is an excellent host. I stayed with my friends at the ground floor of the villa. There was plenty of space for five people. The place is a super authentic and gives you a real taste of the classic Hamburg life. Eppendorf is one of the nicest parts of town and it’s super well connected to the rest of the city. I really enjoyed the coziness of the house and the garden, and our random conversations with Karl were very pleasant as well.

Nice apartment in 19th century house in beautiful neighbourhood. Very convenient for a family with older children to return to by U-bahn after a day well spent in the centre of Hamburg. There is a fully equipped kitchen but we only used that for breakfast, as there are a lot of easy going places for dinner in the area.

Dank des überaus sympatischen Gastgeber fühlt man sich direkt bei der Ankunft sehr willkommen! Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen Teil von Hamburg und zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Meter zur U-Bahn! Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und schön ausgestattet!

Tout d’abord la situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter Hambourg. Transports publiques vraiment proches (métro à moins de 5 minutes). L’appartement se trouve dans un bel immeuble situé dans un quartier chic et jouit d’une grande tranquilité. L’accueil est formidable (encore merci Karl) ce qui permet d’ajouter un excellent souvenir plus personnel à la visite de cette magnifique ville. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et l’espace est très convivial.

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, passt aber sehr gut in das Wohnhaus und hat unseren Eltern mit denen wir ein verlängertes Wochenende in Hamburg verbracht haben, sehr gut gefallen. Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Willkommens-Bier im Kühlschrank, Reinigungsmaterial...so dass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. 3 Schlafzimmer, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Küche, Badezimmer+WC und separates WC im Souparterre. Direkter Zugang zum schönen Garten. Schöne Lage in Wohngegend in Hamburg Eppendorf, ca. 5-10 min Fußweg zur U-Bahn.
