Experience stylish design in our Golden Loft, centrally and quietly located, near HBF. 92sqm² top modern loft ☆ Great city location, HBF, central & quiet ☆ 30 min. to the airport & DUS ☆ 2 bedrooms, open plan living-dining area, 1.5 bathrooms. ☆ Rain shower & underfloor heating ☆ Nespresso machine ☆ Smart TV, WiFi, Netflix Our newly renovated 92sqm apartment was designed with the motto "Industrial Luxury meets Touch of Gold" and offers a unique combination of modern design and comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies provide plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. The high-quality real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating will keep your feet warm while you relax in the large king-size beds. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with modern box-spring beds and open wardrobes with hangers and storage space. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200cm), while the second bedroom with two queen-size beds (160x200cm) is perfect for friends or family. Both bedrooms are decorated in elegant gold design and offer a restful night's sleep. The living room is equipped with a huge, super comfortable couch where you can relax after a busy day. The wifi connection, 55 inch smart TV and Netflix offer entertainment and relaxation in one. The reclining area from the couch measures approximately 150cm x 270cm and offers another sleeping option. The dining area can accommodate 6-8 people. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, hob, oven, freezer, fridge and dishwasher. Here you can perfectly live out your culinary skills. The bathroom has a modern design and features a floor-level rain shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing. An additional guest toilet is available.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the southwestern part of the city. Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location offers a perfect connection to the city center and the southern trendy district along the "Rü" (Rüttenscheider Straße), where you can find many bars, restaurants and cafes. If you like walking, you can also visit the Grugapark and Messe Essen. The main train station is located only about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. This central location offers a perfect connection to the fair Essen as well as the fair Düsseldorf. Thus, you are at important events in just a few minutes and have a stress-free arrival and departure. The location is also ideal for excursions into the surrounding area, as you can quickly and easily reach public transportation. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and everything you need on the road. An ATM is located in the adjacent side street. There are also many restaurants and cafes in the area where you can try delicious specialties. Surroundings: In the south of Essern is the beautiful Baldeneysee . Spend a relaxing afternoon here at the natural pool Seaside Beach Baldeney located there or enjoy some cool drinks and snacks overlooking the water. Visit the Villa Hügel! The castle-like villa towers prominently over the Ruhr Valley and Lake Baldeney. Visit the Grugapark and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, which invites you to walk and chill.
