The room location was perfect for the conference I attended. It is right on a very busy pedestrian walkway, in the heart of the city. There are lots of cheap and nice places to eat within walking distance, and even a supermarket (Aldi, in the basement of the nearby shopping center). There are two bakeries within 100m, with fresh coffee in the morning. Everything worked as expected in the apartment. I grew to like the layout, despite the unusual placement of the bed. Oh, and the bed -- oh! the bed! Very, very comfortable! The coffee machine is a little unusual, if you've never seen one before, but works well. The fridge was perfect. The kitchen is small, but very functional. Overall, the interior design is a little spare, but attractive.

This newly renovated apartment is perfect for 2-10 people and features great design & great amenities. - 24h self check-in - 3 cozy 1,60m x 2,00m queen size beds - Couch with the option as another sleeping option - 50 inch Smart-TV - Kitchen with full equipment - Highspeed WLAN - Bathroom with shower - Dining area with table and chairs - coffee maker - free parking 300 m away (daily price 12 Euro) There is a possibility to use the whole accommodation or to book only one apartment. You can choose between a 55 sqm apartment and a 35 sqm apartment with the same facilities but with fewer beds. This newly renovated apartment of 90 square meters has 3 bedrooms with three double beds. The living room invites with a comfortable couch to relax, if necessary, the spacious couches can be converted in a few simple steps to another sleeping place. Wi-Fi, smart TV and Netflix invite you to switch off after a busy day. The spacious kitchen has a seating area for four and six perosnen each with a cooktop with 4 hobs, a refrigerator and a sink. Of course there are enough dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils for all guests. The modern bathroom has a glass shower and a double sink and toilet. From Duisburg main station you can reach the accommodation in a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find everything that makes your stay as pleasant as possible. A discount store and grocery store with fruit and vegetables can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as the great Immanuel Kant Park and the Lehmbrug Museum. Culinary delights are offered in the neighborhood: the Taboule offers delicious Syrian cuisine, in the Kännchen you can have a hearty breakfast in the immediate vicinity, and if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you will definitely find exactly what you are looking for in the LoLu. If you arrive by car, you will find the parking garage Forum/ Goldbeck Parking with a daily maximum rate of 12 euros. If you arrive by train, it is only a few minutes walk from Duisburg main station and you will arrive at the apartment. The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the metro station König-Heinrich-Platz, where you can easily get around the city without a car. Around the accommodation you will find various restaurants, cafes and leisure activities in the Duisburg city center. In the countless stores you get from food to clothing everything that the shopping heart desires.
