Die FeWo liegt ziemlich zentral zu Strand und Fußgängerzone von Westerland. Bäcker, Restaurants etc sind alle fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG, sie ist schön hell und für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur, wo man die Jacken aufhängen und Schuhe abstellen kann. Dann gelangt man in den kombinierten Wohn/Ess/Küchenbereich. Das Sofa ist bequem, es gibt sogar eine Kuscheldecke. Die Küche ist mit modernsten hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, kleiner Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster alles da. Für den zusätzlichen Betrag von 30€/Person werden Handtücher, Bettwäsche und auch Spülmittel und was sonst im Haushalt benötigt wird, zur Verfügung gestellt. Über eine schmale Treppe gelangt man auf den Spitzboden, dort steht das bequeme Boxspringbett. Neben der Treppe sind mehrere kleine Schränke für Wäsche eingebaut.
