Everything! The apartment was large and gorgeous, just like in the photos. The location was great, in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street, no restaurant noise spilling over. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped - dishwasher (which you don't find in many apartments), washer/dryer and a large drying rack were a great bonus. There was even a plug converter in the bed side table drawer. You could live there! Virginia was very easy to communicate with through Booking.com messaging and WhatsApp, and very responsive, all questions were responded to right away. Everything was very well organized, the online house manual was great and very comprehensive. The check-in process works very well. Definitely will stay there again!
