Spacious and bright apartment with spectacular view of the Mediterranean. In winter the sun rises out of the sea, well worth getting up early to see, the view from the house is fantastic. A beautiful garden on the back side with green plants and trees. The apartment is located in the hill above the Pedregalejo beaches, there is a nice sea breeze that cools the house naturally. The apartment is perfect for vacation, but also great for working. The apartment has two bedrooms (one king size bed 180x200), library, living room, open kitchen and bathroom. The back patio is great for lazy days and nice meals. Three rooms have desks suitable for a lap top. The bar separating the kitchen and the living room is another good place to study or work. The same with the table in the garden. The Wi-Fi is good and it is possible to connect a computer or tablet to a monitor/TV using an HDMI cable. It is air conditioning and heaters in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. And it is possible to wash your clothes too.

The beaches of Pedregalejo are usually quiet all year because it is a residential area, not a resort. Casa Esperanza is perched on a hill in a residential area of the old fishing village of Pedregalejo, where fishing boats still go out to fish right off the beach and supply some of the best fish restaurants on the Costa del Sol. Here you will be just another local resident. This is where the Spanish middle-class spent their summers at the beginning of the 1900s. There are few hotels here and this means that the beaches are quiet in summer and you will have them all to yourself in winter. Joined to the city centre by a beach promenade, there is also a good bus service into town as well as a taxi rank nearby. Bus 33 stops not far from the apartment. This is a great place to practice your Spanish and there are several schools in Pedregalejo that teach Spanish as a foreign language. Nearby there is a place for renting bicycles. Bakery with fresh bread three minutes away the house. There are excellent fish restaurants and pavement cafes all along the beach promenade of Pedregalejo if you want to go out. If you prefer more city life, regular bus service takes you into the city centre of Málaga, or you can walk along the promenade.
