Cozy flat of recent reform has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living area, fully equipped, the entrance is independent, through codes, will access the portal and then the flat. Located in the Fuencarral neighbourhood, very close to the Ramón y Cajal and La Paz hospitals, ideal if you come for work or medical matters and if you come simply to enjoy Madrid, you will be a few stops away from the city centre.

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the Ramon y Cajal Hospitals, La Paz, which is ideal if your visit is for medical reasons. The neighborhood has all the necessary services, pharmacies, supermarkets... The flat has everything you need to make your stay perfect, as the entrance is independent, the building is entered by codes and the keys are available in a safety box located in the doorway.
