Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment recently renovated. Very spacious (1400 sq. ft.) and bright. With terrace. Spectacular views of the cathedral, Tormes river, Lis house and San Esteban (Dominican Church). Easy free parking and less than 15 minutes from downtown on foot. 10 minutes from the Roman Bridge. Very quiet residential area with large pedestrian space at the entrance. Available travel cot and high chair for children.
In love with Salamanca - my hometown - and emigrated for work reasons, I return home with my family whenever I can. When I can't, I love that others enjoy, as I do, this beautiful city and its people.
Very quiet residential neighborhood. There is a free outdoor parking, very spacious and close to the house. The bus stop to the city center is 200 meters away. The old town can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. The Roman Bridge is about 10 minutes walk.
