Immaculate apartment, spotlessly clean, everything looked brand new. Building the same. Lots of large windows so felt light and airy. And nice to have a small balcony, to stand on (if not big enough to sit out). Well equipped kitchen for self catering and a very fancy modern washer drier. Very large and comfy bed. I liked having an access code so I didn't have to worry about keys. Staff always quick to respond to Whatsapp queries both before and during my stay. Communal roof terrace looked lovely and sunny, though it was a bit too windy/cold during my February visit to sit outside..be great in warm weather though. Quiet safe residential location. I walked everywhere. Really close to the spectacular Maria Luisa park. 15 minutes walk to Plaza de Espana. 35 minutes to Cathedral and bus station (I am a very fast walker though!).

We loved our stay, the apartment was clean and well appointed. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool was so relaxing and much needed after a day’s sightseeing. The staff were lovely, so accommodating and helpful.

Very nice apartment with execelent conditions. Traveled with my family and everyone enjoyed the stay (the beds quality was amayzing as the sofa in the living room). We met Juan to give us the keys on arrival. Always available for information very nice guy. Nice luxury touch: the elevator directly into this apartment, my daughters loved it.

It was convenient to use a code to enter the apartment, but it did take a while to get the code. We did however arrive early, which might be a reason for this. The appratment was clean and had good cooking facilities. The staff was attentive (via whatsapp) and quick in responding to inquiries

The apartment was clean and tidy and great location to the park, which was a lovely walk to the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and was even bigger than a king size bed. The bedroom was at the back of the building which meant that the bedroom was very quiet. The owners were contactable when needed.

I had the 3 bedroom with private rooftop pool; it’s absolutely perfect if you’re in Sevilla because it’s always hot enough to need a cooldown. The bedding and blankets are all comfortable, you can tell they didn’t go for the cheapest. I’ve stayed in the very center as a tourist thinking that is a good idea, and every time I regret it for the noise at night. This flat is actually better located because it’s a 5 min taxi from everything but super peaceful with the sounds of birds in the morning instead of motos
