Passport / ID Registration: In compliance with the current legislation, after booking you will have to send us copies / photos of the passports of all guests by email before arrival. Arrival & Key Collection: On your day of arrival, you will be able to pick up the keys at our office located in Ciudad Quesada. If you arrive outside of office hours we will leave you the keys free of charge in one of our secure key boxes with code located just outside of our office in Ciudad Quesada. We will provide you detailed instructions before arrival.
