Beautiful home located in an idyllic setting, 3 km from Nerja and 2km from Frigiliana, on a plot of land bordering the National Park of Sierra Tejeda. Surrounded by pine trees and overlooking Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea the villa is set in a beautiful, mature garden, with various terraces, plus a large sun terrace next to the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with loungers and hammock. Inside the living accommodation (170 m²) is split over two levels, and features a spacious lounge (30m²), a large dining room with adjacent open plan, fully equipped kitchen (with nescafé dolce gusto), 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Additional features such as the 5000m² plot, parking for 4 cars, brick built BBQ, petanque pitch, trampoline, slide and swing, darts and free wifi add to the ideal holiday in such a stunning countryside location and make this villa the perfect choice for families with children or groups of friends wanting their own space to relax. Access via a concrete country lane.
My name is Debby and I am Dutch but my children are as well Spanish, French and Canadian. We are a multicultural family like the habitants and atmosphere of Nerja. I live in Nerja since 2002 and I rent quality homes in and around this beautiful town. I have studied tourism and it is important for me that my guests feel comfortable and they enjoy their holiday to the maximum.
The villa is situated in the countryside and there are some neighbors nearby but the nature park lies on the footstep of this property.
