Only 15min walking from the trainstation. Flat with a big and cosy living room. Balconny with a vue over the city, where you will enjoy beautiful sunsets. Kingsize bed + a sofa bed in the living room (with a truth mattress). Can put a baby bed too if needed A computer's screen is also available if you want to work comfortably There is an underground private parking spot for the flat.
29 years old. Half French, Half Portuguese. 100% working remotely, so I can travel and work at the same time. I leaved for 2 years and a half in Spain and I want to keep discovering new cities and countries :). Meeting new people, areas, cultures is what I like more.
In the most wanted neighborhood of the city, due to his calm and his proximity with the walking area and the historic center of Saint-Brieuc (only 2 min walking from the flat). 5 min away driving from the harbour called Le Légué. Definitely the best area to have a drink and enjoy the afterwork. 10 min driving from the closest beaches. By coming to Saint-Brieuc, you will be able to enjoy the best sites and lascapes of the best area of France :): - 10/25 min away from different beaches, depending on what type of beaches you like :) - Binic 15min away - Perros-Guirec 25min away - Le Val André 25min away - Erquy and the Cap Fréhel 35min away - Ploumanac'h 1h away - Fort La Latte 50min away - Dinard and St-Malo 1h-1h10 away - and 1h25 away from the well-know Mont Saint-Michel
