It is a very bright 55m² apartment which has: - a bedroom with a large queen size bed (160x200) and dressing room - a bathroom (shower) with toilet - a large main room with fully equipped kitchen - a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle (welcome products provided) - a living room with a convertible sofa (2 places) - a flat screen TV and wifi - Bed and bath linen provided - High chair, travel cot (and mattress) on request Covered markets every Wednesday morning and Saturday morning 100m away. Square Ferdinand Buisson a few steps away which overlooks the Sauldre and Sologne museum. Several parking spaces nearby (public parking), free with disk on rue de L'écu and completely free on rue des capucins. Parking at Place de la Paix (Monoprix 100m away) and hyper center paying at the parking meter. Electric vehicle charging station 100m away. Access to the accommodation via a large staircase and a few additional steps. Not suitable for PMR.
