So close to the airport! The property is beautiful, with color everywhere from beautiful flowers and plants. The front desk was helpful too! And the soaking tub was a luxury.

Warm, welcoming, and in beautiful condition!
We did not opt for the $ breakfast or dinner.
There was a comfortable sitting area in the lobby with a bar offering beverages and a light snack.
Our room was an ample size with a twin and full size bed for my adult daughter and myself.
The private bath was immaculate and well-equipped.
There was a private parking area on the property for our rental car.
We had a 7:30 a.m. flight, and it was an easy 5-10 minute drive to the airport.

I appreciate there is separate swimming pool at the rooftop only for adults, main pool in the garden was too noisy with many kids. There's also indoor swimming pool. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a terrace and all amenities. Beautiful garden, enough sun beds/loungers for everyone to chill, located just next to the beach.
The Hotel Castellu is located in Lucciana, 6.2 mi south of Bastia and 1.6 mi from Bastia-Poretta International Airport. If features gardens and is only a 15-minute drive from the sea.
The location is perfect with direct access to the beach. The house has a nice garden and convenient parking close to the house. La Marana is a bit isolated though and unfortunately the nearby Epicerie / bakery was closed. The air-conditioning was most welcome. Bring repellent for the mozzies!
