The house, particularly bright, designed for up to 6 people, offers a space of 110 m² fully at your disposal, and includes two levels 3 bedrooms with dressing room, a large kitchen open to a living room, two toilets, a bathroom. It offers the possibility of parking two vehicles and possibly access to a closed garage. Finally, a large garden of 500 m² to enhance your stay. • on the ground floor : The "Star Room" (~ 12 m²) with a convertible bed in real two places 140x200 The bathroom with walk-in shower AND bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer (~ 12 m²) The toilets with washbasin and washing machine • upstairs : The room "Maryline", with a double bed 140x200 (~ 14 m²) The room "Ballerina", with a double bed 140x200 (~ 16 m²) The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and cookware) (~ 20 m²) The living room with a corner living room, a coffee table, an LCD TV, and a service (~ 18 m²) The toilets with washbasin. Quiet garden with garden furniture.
The lodging ParisLande is located in the municipality of Saint-Germain-sur-Morin, 10 minutes by car from the Disneyland Park Paris, and also the RER station, the TGV, and the bus station (thus serving Paris, the CDG airport, and several cities in France and Europe). The Val d'Europe shopping center and the village valley (luxury shops) are also 10 minutes away by car. It is a newly refurbished single family house for the reception of tourists in a suburban area, enjoying an ideal location for transport, shops and various services. Indeed, the characteristic of this cottage is that it allows access to Paris, Disneyland, CDG airport, as well as various shops (supermarket, bakery ...), pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, without the need to borrow the personal vehicle! - Bus stop 200 meters away, for the Disneyland Paris Park, the RER-TGV station, the village valley, the Val d'Europe shopping center and Sea Life area - SNCF train station serving Paris 500 meters away - The city center is less than 300 meters away The motorway to Paris is a 5-minute drive away.
