Located in the suburbs of the Pink Granite Coast's most popular seaside resort. Particularly pleasant, the quiet location in a small residential area, the large enclosed garden and the bright veranda, which invites you to eat "outside" even on cooler evenings. In a few minutes you can walk to the port of Perros-Guirec with its beautiful promenade (1km). Admire the partly Mediterranean planting, palm trees are far from uncommon here! Several fine sandy beaches are nearby. Children are particularly welcome here; Perros Guirec is the only seaside resort in Breton that can boast the ?Famille Plus? logo. Activities & Surroundings: Perros-Guirec offers a wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, a casino, boutiques, creperies and restaurants.
