## The space Belle demeure du XVII ème, sur 4 ha de parc agrémenté d'une piscine chauffée et un cour de tennis privé. Commerces à 4 km, vaste plans d'eau pour sports nautiques à proximité. Ce manoir de charme se compose d'un grand salon avec son poêle à bois (Télévision, Internet, Console WII...), d'un petit salon avec un baby foot et divers jeux pour les petits et les plus grands..., d'une vaste salle de réception en pierres apparentes avec une vaste cheminée fonctionnelle. L'ensemble des réceptions a été refait en conservant l'âme de ce manoir : pierres apparentes, poutres, grandes tapisseries. Un très bel escalier en granit vous conduit 5 chambres (2 chambres avec lits de 140, une chambre avec un lit 140 et un de 120, une chambre avec deux lits un de 120 et un de 90 et une chambre avec 3 lits cigognes soit 6 couchages enfants) 1 lit bébé à disposition. 3 salles d'eau et 1 salle de bain une avec terrasse attenant, wc séparé. Barbecue ,salon de jardin ,transat, raquettes de tennis à disposition.
