In its 30 m2 open, you will find a Queen size bed (160 * 200) too comfortable (EMMA mattress) a sofa that can accommodate 2 other people if necessary (with supplement), a TV with Freebox Netflix and Disneyplus, a rather nice kitchen area and well thought out (there is even a washer-dryer if emergency) a beautiful shower and reversible air conditioning to cool down or warm up depending on the season (reasonably please: 15 w provided in your rental. Beyond that, the kw will be charged 0.5 euros. A small terrace allows you to take your tea Please note that Early check in and late check out are subject to prior request, avaibility and charged 50 euros. A damage deposit (like in the hotels) is required before your check in .

WHO AM I : Repentant nurse, I pamper you today by renting you my warm apartment. Taking care is a vocation for me, I sincerely wish to fulfill you during this stay in Toulouse. Sensitized to hygiene by my training for 30 years, rest assured that it is scrupulously cleaned at each departure. I am all the more attentive to it in the current context of course! Not being able to be available at all times, I get help from a wonderful housekeeper, Mylène: This is why I am asking you for a flat-rate contribution for this per stay, whatever its duration; For longs stays, a cleaning will be done every 7 to 10 days maximum ( obligatory)

LOCATION: Located in the district both calm and lively of the ice rink of Blagnac, you will have at your feet the tram and all the small shops you could need: bakery (caterer) tobacco press, hairdresser, supermarket, bank and its distributor as well only two nice restaurants. 10 min walk, you have the huge Leclerc shopping center and its 130 shops as well as the Cinema Méga CGR de Blagnac and all kinds of restaurants (Chinese, pizzerias, Leon, fast food etc.) On the other side of the ring road are the Airport and Airbus (3 minutes by car or taxi / Uber)! The Purpan, Mère-Enfant and PPR hospitals are 10.12 minutes away by car. Paradoxically, you will be quiet in this apartment located on the first floor (no lift) which overlooks the courtyard.
