The apartment has all modern comforts: -A fully equipped kitchen (a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.) -A first bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160x200) and a small office space if you need to work. -A second bedroom with a double bed (140x180). -Two bathrooms with spacious shower cubicle. -A baby bed as well as a bathtub and a baby high chair. -Reversible air conditioning. -A free broadband internet connection for surfing or working with peace of mind. -Two flat-screen TVs with various channels (French and international) + Netflix in high definition. -A washing machine & dryer. -Iron + ironing board. -Hairdryer. -Plenty of storage. -Household linen is also provided (bath sheets, sheets and duvet covers, towels).

You can access the city center in 5 minutes on foot, the Medieval City in 20 minutes on foot, at the Berges de l'Aude, or you can jog or simply walk in a bucolic setting in 5 minutes, the Canal du Midi is also a 10 minute walk. The shops are 2 minutes away, Carcassonne is an extraordinary city with festive activities and good quality of life.
