This is the second year that I can call myself the owner of this beautiful 12.5 hectare domain. There is forest, meadows, arable farming, views, walnuts, space, and a wonderful holiday home with garden and swimming pool that is part of an ancient traditional farmhouse from the Dordogne. If you come here for a holiday, you will get vegetables grown on the property and you can enjoy the entire estate. Of course I can also tell you what will happen here in the coming years.
I am Dutch and I use this year to make the switch to a French farmer. A special farmer: I will farm ecologically, start food forests and strengthen the biodiversity of this already beautiful place. My background is online and green. I am a web builder, who has been working for 7 years now on projects that make this planet greener and cleaner. The holiday home is a welcome and important source of income for me. So you help to make the new start of this area possible.
This holiday home is located in the so-called golden triangle of the Perigord Noir, the most beautiful part of the Dordogne. Full of castles, prehistory, caves and beautiful villages and towns. Sarlat is the best known but also Montignac, Montpazier and Belves are all close by. And there is also a lot to do: canoeing, cycling, walking, swimming. There are even amusement parks, but the good thing is that it is never overcrowded with tourists and that nature is nearby everywhere.
