Agence Cocoonr B&P invites you to come and enjoy the sea air in this magnificent family villa dating from 1898, with breathtaking sea views from the entire house! The Villa des Roches will be the ideal place for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Direct access to the beach located at 250 m, water sports, hiking and discovery of the coast will be at the rendezvous. The house entirely renovated in 2020 can accommodate 8 people, and is composed of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an enclosed garden. Private parking. Bed linen and towels are extra - we're waiting for you! Other remarks : - You will be greeted on site by our concierge. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
